At various points in my life, I've fallen in love with music, movies, TV, journalism, and comedy. I feel very blessed (and not in the "#blessed" way) to have made a career that involves it all.

I've visited sets, studios, personal residences, and press events to sit down with Will Ferrell, Metallica, Miley Cyrus, Chris Hemsworth, Robert Downey Jr., Halle Berry, Seth Rogen, Britney Spears, Harrison Ford, Mila Kunis, Jessica Alba, Ewan McGregor, Ricky Gervais, Vin Diesel, Michelle Williams, Naomi Watts, Rachel Weisz, Matt Damon, Ozzy Osbourne, Margot Robbie, Chris Cornell, Anna Kendrick, Tim Burton, Liam Neeson, Arnold Schwarzenegger, Danny McBride, Christina Aguilera, Will Smith, Quentin Tarantino, Dolly Parton, Johnny Depp, Tom Cruise, and many more.

I've worked with a number of broadcast and digital outlets, including MSNBC, IFC, Fuse, VH1, E! and Yahoo!.

I led movie coverage at MTV News and worked on multiple events, including the MTV Video Music Awards and MTV Movie Awards (where I wrote the MTV News pre-show).

I've written, produced, and hosted projects for Marvel Comics, Disney, the RIAA/GRAMMYs, Maker Studios, Hearst Media, Machinima, MovieWeb, and Eli Roth’s CryptTV.

I've covered film, music, television, and politics for Billboard, The Hollywood Reporter, Huffington Post, The San Francisco Chronicle, OC Weekly, All Music, Decibel, Loudwire, Kerrang!, and several other publications.

I’ve produced content for Lionsgate, Universal, and Sony.

I've written biographical material for several artists, including Slipknot, Megadeth, Lamb Of God, PVRIS, and The Used.

As host of the MI Conversation Series at the Musicians Institute in Hollywood, I've conducted in-depth Q&As with a diverse range of artists, including: Brendon Urie (Panic! At The Disco), Tony Iommi (Black Sabbath), Rob Halford (Judas Priest), Good Charlotte, Frank Turner, Myles Kennedy (Alter Bridge / Slash), and Zakk Wylde (Ozzy Osbourne, Black Label Society).

I've written more than a dozen cover stories for Alternative Press: in-depth reporting on Green Day, Fall Out Boy, Pierce The Veil, A Day To Remember, Black Veil Brides, Falling In Reverse, Sleeping With Sirens, Motionless In White, Asking Alexandria, Dashboard Confessional, Coheed & Cambria, AFI, and more.

I’ve done liner notes for box sets and deluxe editions for Fall Out Boy, Alice In Chains, Killswitch Engage, and Soulfly.

I am the founder of Superhero Artist Management, a Southern California institution since 2003. Superhero artists, past and present, have appeared at Coachella, Warped Tour, Reading & Leeds, Download, Graspop, Roskilde, Stagecoach, and on international tours with genre-defining acts like Nine Inch Nails, Morrissey, and Slayer. I'm a former partner at Blood Company, then management home to Skrillex and Zedd.

I’m the author of They Don’t Need to Understand, with Andy Biersack; I Can Explain, with Ronnie Radke; and the graphic novel Inked in Blood 2: Once Upon a Crime, with Spencer Charnas. I also contributed to Dave Mustaine’s second book and graphic novels for Pantera and Type O Negative.

I’m the founder of PopCurse, which includes a number of podcasts, like Speak N’ Destroy and No-Prize From God.

I write Stream N’ Destroy on Substack.

I'm an avid fan of creation itself, hand-to-hand combat and weapons training, and most of all, my family and friends.
